General Manager

Cambria Hotel Boston-Somerville | Somerville, MA

We're looking for a hands-on, people-first General Manager to lead the Cambria Hotel Boston-Somerville. This role is all about creating great guest experiences, building a strong team culture, and running a successful, well-performing hotel.


What You'll Do

• Leading the day-to-day operations of a busy, modern lifestyle hotel
• Owning the hotel's financial performance, including budgets and expenses
• Building, coaching, and motivating a strong leadership team
• Making guests feel welcome and turning great stays into repeat visits
• Partnering with ownership, Choice Hotels, and the local community
• Working closely with Sales to drive revenue and grow the business

What We're Looking For

• 5-7+ years of senior hotel leadership experience
• Strong operational and financial know-how
• A visible, hands-on leader who enjoys participating in the operation
• Great communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with Choice Hotels or similar brands a plus
