A genuine passion for casual mobile games, with an understanding of what keeps players engaged over time. Able to write clear and structured Game Design Documents (GDDs) and iterate on them in collaboration with a cross-discipline development team. Experience creating wireframes, mock-ups, technical flows, and research materials to support early concepting. Familiarity with using data and player feedback to evaluate features and inform design decisions. Exposure to a range of design responsibilities, such as level design, economy tuning, feature planning, or QA/test documentation. A growth mindset and willingness to take on new challenges, absorb feedback, and develop new skills. A collaborative, respectful attitude with a desire to contribute to a positive and supportive team culture. Enthusiasm for joining a small, fast-moving team where adaptability and curiosity are key to success. About Us MobilityWare is one of the leading mobile game publishers of card and puzzle games.
