Front Desk Assistant

Bedford Greenwich is hiring a Front Desk Assistant. Position details include:

  • Role: Front Desk Assistant
  • Status: Full-time
  • Salary: $19$22 per hour
  • Schedule: TBD (4 or 5 days per week shifts available)

What you'll do:

  • Greet clients and pets while managing check-ins and check-outs
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle client inquiries
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Support daily clinic operations, including inventory and organization
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and reception area

  • Previous customer service or front desk experience (veterinary preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn practice software
