As a professional international executive search firm, we are currently entrusted by our client to recruit part-time consulting experts specializing in European research on a global scale. Our client operates extensive business in the European-related field and is in urgent need of professional support from experts with in-depth insights into the region to facilitate business expansion and decision-making.
We sincerely invite scholars, think tank researchers, former or current government decision-makers in European affairs, and professionals from international organizations or NGOs with rich experience in the European research field to join us. This is a remote part-time position that allows you to fulfill your responsibilities without being restricted by geographical location, perfectly balancing professional development and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional consulting services on European-related issues according to the client's business expansion needs, including but not limited to policy interpretation, market analysis, risk assessment, and industry trend forecasting.
- Assist the client in understanding the latest developments in the European political, economic, social, and cultural fields, and provide targeted suggestions and solutions for business layout and strategy formulation.
- Collaborate with the client's team remotely to complete relevant research reports and consulting documents as required.
- Participate in necessary remote meetings or discussions to communicate professional viewpoints and provide timely support for the client's business decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Possess in-depth professional knowledge and practical experience in European research, with working experience in universities, research institutes, government departments, international organizations, or NGOs related to European affairs being preferred.
- Familiar with the political system, economic operation, legal framework, and cultural characteristics of Europe, and have a keen insight into the latest trends and potential opportunities/challenges in the European region.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to accurately grasp the core of the client's needs and provide professional and feasible consulting opinions.
- Good communication and expression skills, able to present professional views clearly and logically in both written and oral forms.
- Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, able to complete the assigned consulting tasks on time and with high quality according to the client's requirements.
- Proficient in English; mastery of other European languages is an additional advantage.
