Job Overview At ABB , we help industries run leaner and cleaner. This production supervisor role supports the manufacturing process at our Mebane, NC facility. This position reports to: Production Supervisor The work model for the role is: Onsite, Mebane, NC Your role and responsibilities Conduct assembly work to produce semi‑finished or final products/systems/panels, including integrated packing with production lines. Perform work manually or using light hand tools. Carry out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process. Operate within standard operating procedures and maintain a clean work area. Qualifications for the role High school diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge and use of tools such as tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools, as needed. Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed. Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 lbs. Handle materials that may produce dust, fumes, or vapors requiring respiratory protection. Wear and maintain assigned personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators and masks. Participate in fit testing and medical evaluations as required for respirator use.
