Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute organizational development strategies aligned with mission, vision, and core values.
  • Lead the design and implementation of leadership and professional development programs.
  • Define and evolve leadership capability models to support organizational growth.
  • Coach leaders on talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Assess organizational effectiveness at enterprise, divisional, and team levels and implement targeted solutions.
  • Develop analytics and KPIs to measure effectiveness of organizational development initiatives.
  • Lead employee engagement strategies including survey administration, debriefing, and action planning.
  • Drive culture transformation initiatives to promote collaboration and high performance.
  • Oversee performance management systems and continuous improvement of evaluation processes.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives across cross-functional teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships and organizational effectiveness systems.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on leadership development, talent management, and engagement practices.
  • Create and deliver training materials and internal communications.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and health standards as required.

Required Experience:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, or related field required.
  • Minimum 10 years of Organizational Development experience with 5-7 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong expertise in adult learning principles and leadership development best practices.
  • Experience designing and leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
  • Proven ability to coach senior leaders and facilitate executive-level discussions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional and cross-level teams.
  • Strong background in talent assessment tools and organizational diagnostics.
  • Experience in healthcare environments preferred.
  • Strong analytical, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern e-learning systems.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and meet regulatory health requirements.
