We’re seeking experienced and compassionate Dialysis Registered Nurses to provide high‐quality care to patients with acute or chronic kidney disease. If you’re skilled in dialysis treatments, patient education, and clinical monitoring, this per diem role offers meaningful impact with a consistent daytime schedule.

• Day Shift 
• 7:00 AM 

What You’ll Do

• Provide safe and effective dialysis treatments as prescribed by the nephrologist
• Assess patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments
• Monitor vital signs, fluid balance, and patient response throughout treatment
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot dialysis machines and related equipment
• Administer medications and IV therapies per provider orders
• Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures, kidney disease, and treatment plans
• Collaborate with nephrologists, dietitians, social workers, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety standards
• Respond promptly to complications or emergencies during dialysis treatment
• Document assessments, treatments, and patient responses accurately in the medical record

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 1 year of recent dialysis or nephrology RN experience required
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred depending on assignment)
• Strong assessment, critical‐thinking, and patient‐education skills
• Experience with hemodialysis and vascular access management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‐paced environment
• Compassionate, patient‐centered approach to care
