Controller

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, HR, and IT operations of the company, supervising accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation and analysis, and payroll processes
• Maintain accounting procedures, implement controls, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Oversee report production in line with accounting guidelines, collaborate with auditors, and provide required financial information
• Manage financial performance reviews, budgets, forecasts, and provide analysis on capital investments, pricing, and contracts
• Lead personnel in accounting, human resources, and IT departments, conducting performance evaluations and guiding team members

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum five (5) years of related accounting and leadership experience
• Must have experience with oversight not just within the Accounting department but IT and HR departments as well
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and accounting standards
• Proven record of improving financial results
