The Impact You’ll Make

As our Project Manager, you will oversee every phase of construction with a focus on efficiency and excellence:

• Project Oversight: Master the project scope by studying drawings and plans from day one. Lead the charge from procurement and subcontract negotiations to final delivery.
• Strategic Planning: Create comprehensive project and procurement schedules, staying ahead of long-lead items to ensure zero downtime.
• Documentation & Control: Manage RFIs, submittal packages, and change orders with precision. Utilize Procore as your primary hub for communication and document control.
• Collaborative Leadership: Act as the central point of contact for Owners, Architects, Engineers, and internal Superintendents to synchronize operations.
• Financial Stewardship: Prepare project estimates, negotiate with vendors, and manage construction through rigorous budget adherence.
• Safety & Quality: Ensure every site meets the highest health and safety standards, protecting our team and our reputation.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 5+ years in commercial construction management (General Contracting/Building), with a strong preference for new construction experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced ability to read architectural drawings across all disciplines and a deep understanding of construction materials and equipment.
• Financial Acumen: Proven success in managing multi-million dollar budgets and complex estimates.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Procore or similar project management software.
• Drive: Reliable transportation and a willingness to be hands-on at various job sites throughout the Miami area.
