Construction General Labor Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday)

• General construction laborers must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. No experience required but must be willing to follow direction.
• Laborers must also be able to concentrate on their tasks.
• The ability to understand and communicate information is also essential.
• Will be performing a variety of duties while working on a specialized construction site doing general labor.
• Requires problem solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be willing to learn and be committed to hard work and resistant to changing weather conditions and be able to meet the physical demands of heavy labor.
• Must be able to work safely around banks, trenches, confined spaces, pipes, and powered equipment.
• Comfortable working long hours and various shifts as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Construction General Labor Qualifications:

• The job requires a person to work in all types of weather and conditions on construction sites.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Bending, twisting, and lifting repetitively during the day.
• Customer deadlines can create the need to work until the job is done on occasion. This can range from regular evening and weekend work, shift work, working outdoors and working with challenging clients.
• Reliable transportation to and from various work sites

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
