I need an experienced Commercial Journeyman Electrician. You will need to have experience running a commercial from the ground up job site. Must be knowledgeable in commercial code.

Responsibilities:

• Proficient with conduit systems (PVC, HDPE, rigid), ductbanks, manholes, and cable pulling techniques.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and civil/site plans.
• Working knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes applicable to underground installations.
• Experience with basic testing equipment (megohmmeter, continuity tester, clamp meter).
• Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.

​​ Qualifications:

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, site plans, and specs for underground systems.
• Install conduit, ductbank, raceways, manholes, handholes, pull boxes, and grounding systems.
• Coordinate and assist with trenching, backfill, compaction, and concrete encasement per plans.
• Measure, cut, bend, and assemble conduit (PVC, HDPE, EMT, rigid) and support hardware.
• Pull, splice, and terminate feeders, service conductors, and control wiring as directed.
• Install and tag junctions, transformers, switchgear pads, service pedestals, and vault components.
• Test continuity/insulation and verify proper phasing and grounding before energizing.
• Maintain accurate material and labor reports; assist with QA/QC and punch lists.
• Adhere to OSHA and company safety policies; use required PPE and fall/confined-space protections.
• Communicate with foremen, crew members, subcontractors, and inspectors; maintain clean, organized work area.
