Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a CNC Thread Grinder to join their team. As a CNC Thread Grinder, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting quality assurance and production efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Thread Grinder

Location: Traverse City, MI

Pay Range: $22-28/hr

Shift: 1st (6:00am - 2:30pm) and 2nd (2:30pm - 11:00pm)

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate CNC thread grinding machines to produce high-precision components
• Produce parts that meet strict quality and tolerance specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues to ensure continuous operation

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments
• Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
