A bit about us: We are seeking a skilled and versatile CNC Machinist to join our team in Erie, PA. This role is ideal for a hands-on machinist who can help keep multiple machines running efficiently, support wire EDM and 6-axis machining operations, and contribute to equipment development and continuous improvement efforts.
The right candidate will be mechanically inclined, adaptable, and willing to wear multiple hats in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job Details Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines including 6-axis equipment
- Support and maintain wire EDM operations
- Troubleshoot machining issues to minimize downtime and keep production moving
- Perform machine adjustments, tooling changes, and process optimization
- Assist with R&D initiatives, including equipment improvements and secondary operations
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency
- Maintain quality standards and perform inspections as needed
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
- Experience with 6-axis CNC machines
- Wire EDM experience strongly preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and machining issues independently
- Experience with setup and operation (programming experience is a plus but not required)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
