Clinical Liaison - Full Time - Mesquite, Texas Position overview: As a Clinical Liaison, you are responsible for evaluating patients for admission, educating referral partners on the value of inpatient rehabilitation, and driving growth within an assigned territory. You will collaborate closely with physicians, case managers, and hospital leadership to ensure timely access to care while representing our hospital with professionalism, credibility, and accountability. Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures. Demonstrates an understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursements, etc., that impact overall hospital operations. Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management. Effective organizational and time management skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain quality and safety standards. Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality. Ability to work closely and professionally with others. Responsibilities Responsible for evaluating patients and determining if s/he meets admissions criteria.
