Project Management: Assist with planning, staffing, implementation, control, and evaluation of assigned CCTV projects. Personnel Management: Mentor, train, and monitor field personnel, while providing performance assessments and supporting professional growth. Data Management: Ensure proper identification, backup, and archiving of data collected by the CCTV truck fleet.
