Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented A&P Mechanic with strong structural repair and aircraft painting experience. This role involves a combination of aircraft maintenance, structural/composite repairs, and paint application (primer and topcoat). The ideal candidate is hands-on, quality-driven, and committed to maintaining airworthiness standards.

Compensation:

• 30.00/HR - 38.00/HR , based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs in accordance with approved FAA data and company procedures

• Execute structural and composite repairs to aircraft components and systems

• Perform aircraft painting duties, including surface prep, priming, and topcoat application (approximately 50% of role)

• Ensure all work is properly documented and completed in compliance with regulatory requirements

• Inspect completed work to verify airworthiness and quality standards

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by management

Required Qualifications:

• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License

• Minimum 2–3 years of recent experience actively using A&P license OR 5–10 years of overall aircraft mechanic experience

• Proven experience in structural and composite repairs (required)

• Strong aircraft painting experience (primer and topcoat required)

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and FAA documentation

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a repair station or MRO environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: 30.00 to 38.00 per hour
